Welcome to the new and improved Atypical Pastor's Wife!
Let me introduce myself.
~Wife
~Mother
~Pastor's Wife
~Simple, Transparent, Genuine
~Disciple of Jesus Christ
Life is full of things we never intended:
~ I never intended on being a Pastor's wife. Didn't want to be one either. I went kicking and screaming. I married a dairy farmer. Imaging my surprise when he traded our beautiful dairy for a seminary!
~I never intended on having a car accident that left 3 of my four children with serious, and for some, life changing injuries, but I did. Life gave me lemons, so I made lemonade.
~I never intended on working outside of the home, but I do because I like to eat and put clothes on my kids. it's been an eye opening experience. I pray I'm a light in a dark place!
~I certainly never intended on owning and operating a lawn care business. I hate lawn care. But I did for 10 long years until the Lord had mercy on my tired body! Now I drive a desk chair.
~I never intended on being a sinner, but I was until Jesus saved me and moved me from the herd to the flock. Hasn't been the easiest of transitions either. But He's patient. And I'm willing.
~I never intended on being a blogger. In fact, when I first started blogging, I never dreamed that anyone would read it! But you are! LOL!
Enjoy my blog! Thanks for stopping by.
